RaceWright

Run race night like a broadcast.

It's early. It works, and people are testing it on real hardware — Mac and Windows. It's invite-only right now while I build.

Currently testing v0.7.10 on macOS & Windows.

What it does

RaceWright is race-management software for digital slot racing. It connects to your Carrera Digital Control Unit over Bluetooth and runs the whole race — live timing, a real start sequence, safety car and red flags, pit penalties, and a full-screen board you can throw on the TV so everyone can follow along.

Live lap timing, standings & gaps

Numbers update in real time — position, gap to leader, and best lap for every car on track.

Staged start ceremony

Countdown, lights sequence, then green. The grid doesn't count laps until it goes green.

Safety car + red-flag suspend & resume

Safety car neutralizes the field. Red flag suspends the race and preserves every lap already run.

Pit-lane penalties

Fuel minimum and pit-lane speeding. An amber badge shows the time owed and drops the car's position.

Second-screen / TV board

One click and the standings go full-screen on an external display so everyone can follow along.

Weather & race strategy

Live conditions, tire wear, and dynamic fuel affect lap times throughout the race.

Request an invite

Not open to everyone yet — tell me what you run and I'll send a code when a slot frees up.
